By using the App, the user agrees to these GTC.

3. Subject of the Service

Puttalyze-App provides digital services for analyzing and improving golf putting performance, including statistics, training insights, and performance tracking.

4. Registration and Account

• Users must create an account to access the services
• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials

5. Availability of Services

• The App is provided on an “as available” basis
• No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
• Maintenance, updates, or technical limitations may occur

6. Pricing and Subscription

• Annual subscription: €29.99
• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be done via the respective platform

7. Use of the App

The user agrees:

• To use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not to use the App for illegal activities
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the App
• Not to collect data from other users

8. User Content

• Users may upload content (e.g., data, videos)
• Users remain responsible for their content
• Content must not violate third-party rights
• Puttalyze-App may use such content to provide the service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and features of the App are protected by intellectual property rights.

No part may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.

10. Liability

• Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence

In cases of slight negligence, liability applies only to essential contractual obligations

No liability for:

• Service interruptions
• Technical errors
• Use of the App is at the user’s own risk

The version valid at the time of use applies.

13. Termination

Puttalyze-App may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations

Puttalyze-App is not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
