Puttalyze-App
Puttalyze-App simulates the path of a rolling golf ball on a green to help golfers improve their "reading the green" skills by visualizing the concepts of "aim point", "distance point", and "target speed".
Learn more →Helps golfers to improve "reading the green" by visualizing the putt trajectory on inclined surfaces using the concepts of "aim point", "distance point" and "target speed". Having entered all relevant parameters, Puttalyze App simulates, calculates and graphically displays the resulting trajectory. It is based on the equation of motion of a rolling ball with friction.

Discover the Academy →Puttalyze-App simulates the path of a rolling golf ball on a green to help golfers improve their "reading the green" skills by visualizing the concepts of "aim point", "distance point", and "target speed". After entering all relevant parameters, the resulting trajectory is calculated and displayed graphically. The "distance point" and "aim point" are shown, along with the relevant distances, on a result screen.
This helps golfers understand the physics of a rolling ball on an inclined surface intuitively and teaches them how to aim and adjust their shots based on the slope and other properties of the green, such as green speed.
The user-friendly app features an intuitive menu-based navigation, making it easy for you to use. It's available on Android and Apple iOS.

Read about the researchThe algorithms used are valid for a planar putting surface, which is a good approximation around the hole, considering only the case of pure rolling motion (no flight /- and skid phase).
